Bottling. Cali Wine & Vine has a hi-tech, in-house bottling line and an expert bottling crew for your complete wine bottling solutions. The Cali bottling line delivers a longer shelf life for your bottled wine by creating a superior cork (or screw cap) seal. Bottling clients normally deliver wine to our facility in either totes or barrels, and we take it from there. Our services can also include blending your wine and performing various wine restoration, filtering, and enhancement techniques to deliver the best possible quality in the finished bottle.

Bottling clients need to provide the empty glass, labels, corks, and capsules (or screw caps), and Cali Wine & Vine does everything else, including all labor required.

Barrel Storage. Cali Wine & Vine offers barrel storage and servicing in our modern, clean, and temperature-controlled facility. Servicing of your barrels will include regular topping and addition of SO² as needed, and regular lab analysis to monitor your wine's chemistry. Our clients furnish the barrels and racks or rent them from Cali, and they also make provisions with Cali for topping wine, then Cali does everything else.
